REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
This Refund / Cancellation Policy describes how GRIT Fitness, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (“Company”), will address any requested refunds and cancellations as they relate to classes purchased in person or online https//www.gritfitgym.com ("Website") by a buying consumer ("Client").
A Client has the option to purchase single classes through means of the Company. Single classes that were purchased are non-refundable but can be re-scheduled a single time within a period of three (3) months from the original scheduled class date. To be eligible for rescheduling, the Client must provide the Company written notice via email: firstname.lastname@example.org prior to 24 hours of the class being held. The notice must be accompanied by the Client's full name, purchase date, class time and date, and reason for rescheduling. If the class is cancelled due to circumstances from the Company, the Client will have the option to choose another class within a three (3) month period from the original class date. The Company is not liable nor shall it refund or be charged by the Client for classes that have to be cancelled under unknown circumstances.
A Client has the option to purchase class packages through the means of the Company. Package plans may be eligible for a full refund and cancellation within 24 hours of purchase through the discretion of the Company. The Client may request a refund by written notice delivered to the Company via email: email@example.com. The notice must be accompanied by the Client's full name, purchase date, and reason for cancellation. All refunds shall be refunded within thirty (30) days of receipt of the notice of cancellation. The Company is not liable nor shall it refund or be charged by the Client for classes that have to be cancelled under unknown circumstances.
As a Client, by purchasing a Single Class or Package Plan, the Client acknowledges that they have had sufficient time to read this entire policy and agree to its' terms before purchasing.
