Our Teens program is an 8 week strength and conditioning class developed specifically for the teenage-“ish” age range and is always scalable based upon your teen’s ability. We teach our young athletes to move correctly. Our program can help any high school athlete improve their speed, coordination, strength, and endurance. Sports team training
Our 8 week sports team training programs are a great way to unite a team leading up to a season. We will teach proper lifting techniques needed in order for our athletes to develop more power and explosiveness. Our designed programs will combine both strength and conditioning training. We emphasize proper form and techniques to limit unnecessary injuries.
